PHDream21 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Eligibility

PHDream21 is an online gaming platform available exclusively to eligible adult individuals. By creating an account, you represent and warrant the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age. In jurisdictions where the minimum legal age for online gaming is higher, that higher age applies to you.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity, corporation or trust.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not accessing PHDream21 using a VPN, proxy or other technology intended to disguise your true location or identity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from PHDream21 or any affiliated gaming platform.

PHDream21 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and any associated balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access PHDream21's games, bingo rooms, card games and sports betting markets, you must register an account with accurate and complete personal information. The registration process requires your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and a valid email address.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one active PHDream21 account. If PHDream21 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by device, payment method, IP address or personal details — all accounts except the original may be closed. Winnings and bonuses earned across duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

PHDream21 may require document verification before approving your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence or SSS/GSIS card, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. 2.3 Account Credentials

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. 3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. PHDream21 may deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances after this period. Members will be notified by email before any deduction takes place. Logging in at any point resets the dormancy period.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

PHDream21 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and the Refer a Friend programme. 4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the individual offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household and per device.
• PHDream21 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between PHDream21 accounts.

4.2 Refer a Friend Programme

Members who invite friends to PHDream21 through the Refer a Friend programme earn PHP rewards when the referred person registers, completes KYC and makes a qualifying first deposit. Rewards are non-transferable and subject to verification. Self-referrals and referrals of existing PHDream21 members do not qualify. 5. Gaming Rules

Each PHDream21 game category — bingo, pusoy, card games, football betting and PBA betting — operates under specific rules displayed within the game or market interface. These terms apply to all gaming activity alongside individual game rules.

5.1 Bingo

PHDream21 bingo uses certified random number generation. Tickets purchased for a specific round are valid only for that round and cannot be refunded once the game has started. Auto-daub marks numbers automatically and the system identifies winning patterns in real time. Any dispute must be raised with PHDream21 support within 24 hours of the relevant game completing.

5.2 Card Games and Pusoy

PHDream21 card games including Pusoy follow standard Filipino rules as displayed in the game interface. Disconnection during a hand may result in the hand being folded or resolved according to the specific game's disconnection policy, which is shown before play begins.

5.3 Sports Betting

6. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHDream21 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automation software, bots or scripts to interact with any PHDream21 game, lobby or cashier.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit card game dynamics.
• Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods for deposits.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to launder funds through gaming activity on PHDream21.
• Creating multiple PHDream21 accounts or using proxy services to bypass geographic or account restrictions.
• Knowingly exploiting software errors, glitches or calculation errors without immediately reporting them to support.

PHDream21 monitors accounts and transaction patterns continuously. Suspicious activity triggers an internal review during which access to the account and funds may be temporarily restricted.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

PHDream21 may suspend or close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these terms, fraud, failure to complete KYC, prolonged inactivity or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable regulations.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, PHDream21 is not obliged to return bonus balances. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the originating payment method after completing any required review, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or amounts owed to PHDream21.

Members who wish to close their own PHDream21 account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Closing your account does not waive any rights or obligations already accrued under these terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

PHDream21 collects, stores and processes your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at /privacy-policy. By using PHDream21, you consent to this processing.

PHDream21 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit. Payment details are processed through certified payment service providers and are never stored on PHDream21 servers directly. Your personal data will not be sold to third-party marketers. PHDream21 may share data with regulatory bodies where legally required.

9. Responsible Gaming

PHDream21 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all members. 10. Limitation of Liability

PHDream21 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims for continuous uptime, PHDream21 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses incurred during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

PHDream21 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the member's side, delays caused by third-party payment processors, or events beyond PHDream21's reasonable control including technical failures of certified game software. In no event shall PHDream21's total liability to any member exceed the verified real-money balance held in that member's PHDream21 account at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these terms limits PHDream21's liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by PHDream21's own negligence, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful under applicable Philippine law.

11. Changes to These Terms

PHDream21 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable regulations or business operations. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

PHDream21 will notify active members of material changes by email to the address registered on their account. Continued use of the PHDream21 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the new terms take effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising between you and PHDream21 that cannot be resolved through the standard support process will be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority within the Philippines.

PHDream21 operates within the framework of applicable Philippine regulations. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of PHDream21 complies with the laws of their own location.
